Shipping policy

U.S. Orders:

Flat rate shipping: $7.90 USD
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $98 USD

 

All U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable duties, tariffs, and import fees are covered by us, so there are no additional charges due on delivery. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.

 

Canada Orders:

Flat rate shipping: $6.90 CAD
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 CAD

 

Orders typically ship the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend, or on holidays will usually ship the following business day.

Once your order is placed, delivery usually takes 2 to 9 business days. For rural and remote areas, please allow up to 5 additional business days.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy seasons and promotional periods.

We currently ship across Canada, excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon, and to the 48 contiguous United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other offshore U.S. territories and possessions.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order begins processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and a link to follow your parcel.

Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
