I've now placed multiple orders with this shop and every pot arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They're really beautiful, high quality, reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service, however, is what I'm really impressed with. In a separate review, I mentioned that one of the pots I ordered was slightly smaller than expected and so though it wouldn't fit the plant I was planning to put in it, I was still happy and would surely find a use for it. I received a message shortly after where, in response to my review, they issued me a refund without me asking. It's one thing to provide good customer service when a customer requests one or complains. It's another thing to go out of your way to make sure a customer is 100% satisfied without their asking. Very pleased and highly recommend this shop!
